I have an olympus stylus 710 camera and i wanted to transfer some dvd that i ripped to it . the format is?

I'd have a look at Virtualdub to do the converting. It's not the easiest app to use, but it's very effectual and there's a lot of info on the web. Another chance would be to look for apps for the Nintendo Wii. I conceive of that uses mjpeg, though I don't certain whether they'd be compatible.
As for transferring it, I'd look for other videos on the possible and then distract and nip the new folder into it.
