i have a VuPoint digital camera and i cant upload picures on my computer!? how do i do it?

I by the skin of one's teeth got a new VuPoint Solutions digital camera 3.1 mega pixels and i have a USB line and i peg it up and it says that they "cant find this camera on my computer" so i cant upload pictures.!!!!
Your camera box should have contained a CD containing it's software. Pop that in and chase the instructions to invest it. Then when you PR the camera in to your computer the program should pop up righteous away giving you options on d/l'ing, viewing etc.
